While studying at the School of Visual Arts’ Masters in Branding program, I had the opportunity to work with the creative minds at Youtube to develop a new streaming service specifically for women.
I worked with a team of fellow students to assess the current marketplace and found that many media brands do not understand the multidimensionality of women’s interests. We found that the female demographic craves content rooted in knowledge — including but not limited to politics, wellness, arts & culture.
Based on these insights, we developed WAVE: a multi-platform media brand designed for and by women that provides them with dynamic content, lasting connections, and comfort. Offerings included short- and long-form video content, podcasts, and live events.
